Effective July 9, 2026 · Version 2026-07-09 · Credence · hello@credencesites.com
This Privacy Policy explains what information Credence collects through this website, how we use it, and the providers involved in delivering the service.
1. Information we collect
When you submit our course intake or contact forms, we collect the details you choose to provide. Depending on what you share, this may include:
- Name
- Job title or role
- Business email address
- Business phone number
- Course or property name
- Location
- Current website
- Booking-provider information
- Business operations details
- Project goals and preferences
- Links and content you voluntarily submit
- Records of the agreement and privacy acknowledgements you accept
- Routine technical information processed by our hosting and form providers (for example, IP address and browser type)
2. How we use information
We use the information to:
- Respond to your inquiry
- Evaluate the course and current website
- Recommend a Credence course system
- Prepare scope and pricing
- Build and maintain your website
- Communicate with you about the service
- Maintain business and contract records
- Protect the website and prevent abuse
- Comply with legal obligations
Credence does not sell personal information.
3. How form submissions are processed
Form submissions are processed through Web3Forms and delivered to Credence. Web3Forms and its security or infrastructure providers may process submission content and routine technical information in accordance with their own privacy practices. We retain submissions for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service and maintain business records.
4. Hosting, fonts, and other providers
This website is hosted on Vercel, which processes routine technical request information as part of delivering and securing the site. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts; when your browser requests them, Google may receive standard request information such as your IP address. Email correspondence with Credence is handled through our business email. We rely on these providers to deliver the service; they process data on our behalf or receive standard technical request data.
5. What we do not collect
Credence does not request payment-card numbers, passwords, or confidential access credentials through this website's forms. Please do not submit that information, private employee records, or other sensitive personal information through our forms. If account access is ever needed to build or maintain your site, we will arrange a secure method separately.
6. Cookies, analytics & tracking
This website does not set advertising cookies and does not run third-party analytics, tag managers, advertising pixels, or cross-site tracking scripts. Any floating browser tools you may see (for example, an assistant or note-taking button) come from browser extensions installed on your own device and are not part of this website. Our hosting and form providers may log routine technical information as part of delivering and securing the site.
7. Browser privacy signals
Because this website does not use targeted advertising or cross-site tracking, and does not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, there is nothing for a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal to opt out of on this site. The site does not currently implement a separate programmatic response to those signals because it performs no such tracking.
8. Retention
Credence retains inquiry, project, contract, and service records for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, and satisfy legal, accounting, or tax obligations. Deletion requests may be limited where records must be retained for contractual, legal, tax, security, or fraud-prevention purposes.
9. Your requests
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you submitted by contacting hello@credencesites.com. We may need to verify your identity, and we may retain information where permitted or required by law. We cannot promise that every deletion request will result in immediate deletion of all records.
10. Children
Our service is intended for golf-course operators and businesses and is not directed to children.
11. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The version identifier and effective date above reflect the current version.
